Cassandra Monique Batie known professionally as Andra Day is an American R&B and soul singer writer and actress. Her debut came in the film Halloween in the role of Allyson and was later seen in various television shows, including Orange Is the New Black (Orange Is the New black) Park Avenue (666 Park Avenue (666 Park Avenue) as well as Blue Bloods and Orange Is the new black.
